Yoga Teacher Training Begins October 2025

🌿 Keep Growing

The journey is the why — a doorway into a more connected, intentional relationship with your yoga practice. If you're craving more, you're not alone. Many practitioners reach a point where they want to go beyond the physical — into the philosophy, the subtle body, the deeper why behind the practice.

If that sounds like you, I’d love to invite you to explore what’s next.

Whether you’re curious about studying yoga in more depth, want to immerse yourself in a supportive learning environment, or are feeling the quiet nudge toward something more — I offer a Yoga Teacher Training Program designed for both aspiring teachers and dedicated students who simply want to expand their practice and self-awareness.

It’s not about becoming a teacher. It’s about becoming more you.

If you're interested in a hybrid model (online and in-person learning offered), subscribe below to learn more and get on the interest list. I’d be honored to support your journey.

With gratitude,
Danielle E. Rush, E-RYT 500, ACE CPT

About This Training

The core curriculum for RedLife's 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification

Program includes the following four Educational Categories:

  1. Techniques, Training, and Practice

  2. Anatomy and Physiology

  3. Yoga Humanities

  4. Professional Essentials.

The Lead Trainer will assess trainees' knowledge, skills, and experiences through discussion, quizzes, and teaching practicums before issuing a 200-hour yoga teacher training certificate.

The hybrid program includes virtual Zoom sessions, in-person group sessions, at-home reading assignments, and a consistent personal yoga practice.  All Trainees will meet with the Lead Trainer on Wednesdays, 5:30-9:30 pm EST, and on the second weekend of each month, October 2025 to March 2026, excluding appropriate time off for holidays.

As this is a hybrid (virtual and in-person) program, all Wednesday sessions will be on Zoom.  Trainees are welcome to attend the monthly in-person weekend trainings at the RedLife Yoga Studio in Spring Hill, Florida.  Virtual students may log in to Zoom to experience the training live with the in-person students and the Lead Trainer.
