Cheeseburger Grain Bowl

Let's Eat!



1 package microwaveable farro

8 oz cooked ground beef, salt & peppered to taste

1/2 cup + two extra 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup chopped tomato

4 TBSP dill pickle relish

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

1/2 tsp sesame seeds

Dill Pickle Dressing

1/4 cup dill pickle juice

1/2 cup olive oil

1/2 TBSP mustard

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper


Microwave the farro and combine with the 1/2 cup of shredded cheese. Divide the cheesy farro into two bowls. Top each serving with cooked ground beef, tomatoes, dill relish, lettuce, additional cheese.

Pour dressing over each bowl and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Double the recipe to create extra bowls prepped for the week!
