About the Event

This practice will review good sleep habits, yoga poses for before bed and have a yoga Nidra session.  Yoga Nidra means "yogic sleep" and is a technique for controling your body's relatation response.  The session can cultivate conscious relaxation and ease ongoing stress and anxiety.  It is similar to a long very relaxating meditation while laying on your back.  Feel free to wear your pajamas and bring pillows, blankets and a stuffed animal.
