We will start with a creativity enhancing meditation. Â Say goodbye to what doesn't serve you and create an intention filled with love, kindness and working on what you love most. Â We will close with a bit of inspiration for your journey and a long savasana. Â This class is part of our monthly membership plan or a $12 drop in.
