Mindfulness is about living in the moment. I believe learning to be present at work and play is the key to stress reduction and productivity. Join me on a mindful journey that will focus on giving you one moment each day to "just be". I have created a space to appreciate the feeling of doing one thing at a time and how that offers, stress reduction, productivity, and fun. We are getting started with just a few minutes a day.
