This Greek Yogurt bowl is a high protein customizable option for breakfasts and snacks... ok, lunches and dinners on occasion too. Plain Greek yogurt is healthy as long as you read the label and make sure it is low sugar, that's right, plain. In this bowl the applesauce, kiwi, and candied nuts are sweet enough. But I often use plain Greek Yogurt in the place of sour cream or cream cheese for a protein packed dip or dressing. 1 ½ cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
2 ripe peeled & chopped kiwi or fruit you have on hand
3 tbsp honey roasted pecans or your favorite nut
Divide the Greek yogurt into two bowls. One for now and one for another meal. Top each with half the apple sauce and kiwi. Sprinkle 1 1/2 tbsps of the pecans on top for now and save the other 1 1/2 tablespoons of nuts for when you eat the second bowl- so they don’t get soggy.
