It creates positive emotions and experiences, improves health, enables you to deal with adversity, and builds strong relationships. Harvard Medical School offers multiple studies showing that people who express gratitude are more optimistic and feel better about themselves. There was a paper by the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence that concluded that expressing gratitude increases connection with others.

Villa Vista Matapalo is located within Lomas del Mar, a 600-acre community in Guanacaste, the northern Pacific province of Costa Rica. This private community has a spectacular infinity pool with incredible ocean and volcano views at the top of the development. Matapalo Beach is only a 7-minute drive away. Our airport is in Liberia, Daniel Oduber Quiros International Airport.

What a great place to find adventure, relaxation, and friends. Villa Vista Matapalo Mansion is an exquisite Costa Rican style 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom mansion along the beautiful Pacific Coast with ocean, jungle, and sunset views. The home is designed as a classic turn of the century mansion, with beautiful appointments, including an incredible circular staircase, bamboo ceilings and custom woodwork throughout the house. The pool design has a wet bar and arbor along with surrounding gardens. The pool utilizes a salt water filtering system.
